Directions: Take 1 serving (3 capsules) with a glass of water twice daily, 5 days out from when you want to see your competition-ready muscle definition. Take one serving in the morning and the second in the afternoon or evening. Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24-hour period. For you first 3 days, significantly increase your water intake. On the last 2 days, significantly decrease your water intake to enhance your muscle definition. Hydrazide™ should not be taken for more than 5 consecutive days, after which you should cycle off for 7 days before starting your next 5 day cycle.
